CASA Success Stories

- Three children were recently adopted and found their forever family.  The siblings, ranging from 4 to 8 years, now know they are part of a family that loves and cares for them.  The happiness of these three children can be attributed to the dedication of the social worker who continued to try resources to help the family heal, the consistency of the CASA volunteer who kept the children’s need on the fore front of every meeting and court hearing, and the foster parents who never gave up even when things looked bleak or unsettled at times.

- An older youth recently gained her own independence after being in foster care for a couple of years wondering who will be her forever family.  This young lady has grown from a scared young teen to a blossoming young adult who has a support system of loving adults, including her CASA volunteer.  She now has a sense of belonging in the world and a family to celebrate special events such as holidays.

- After a long hard road of gaining independence at a young age a CASA child
