Janice Weatherly, at the CASA Gala

Janice Weatherly is joining the CASA team through the AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) program.  VISTA members have been helping bring individuals and communities out of poverty for more than 40 years.  For the next year Janice will be focusing her efforts on resource development for Franklin County CASA.  This will include project such as our annual gala, grant writing, and our annual giving campaign which will begin in 2012.

Angie Morris (aka Angie Dewert) joined the CASA staff in November 2011 as a part-time Volunteer Coordinator.  As a Volunteer Coordinator, Angie will help train and supervise CASA volunteers as well as focusing on volunteer appreciation and retention.  Angie comes to CASA with a wealth of knowledge from her 10 years of experience as a social worker for the state of Missouri.  Angie has a positive outlook in working with children and will be a true asset to the CASA team.
